um...look at the bars. Spots are middle, floods outside. Both rows have the same number of floods/spot lenses. Which is why i said RI throws a little farther.

    BACK OT:

OP, is the warranty through you or do we send overseas then back to us? or send to you, you send away, ship back to you, then back to us?

I thought it was the other way. Whoops. Oh well. As bright as they all are, distance doesn't bother me.

When I ordered the lights for Jason is when they just started to change their lenses. Very minimal difference in output but apparently different from rigids. They changed about 8 months ago. I stopped "selling" them cuz I didn't want to invest to stock to get underpriced by the next guy. But they are better than most other light bars out there.

thats the point of most bars tho.... distance light. Another way to tell the cheaper bars apart from the not so cheap. Most of the cheaper bars absolutely flood the foreground with light. But depending on needs that may work for some, and not others.

Mine throws pretty far. More than I thought it would before I got it. I like the flood part and it throws enough for me. If I wanted a spot, I would get a spot. Which I might someday as well.

Sorry, this Thread got inflamed…i was just out for a piss and got back to almost another full page on this thread.

Warranty is 2 years through me or which ever is cheaper for you shipping wise. ex; if you are on the west coast, i can provide you the RA# so you can ship directly (most likely cheaper and quicker that way).

On an another note, i'm not here to get rich over these things, i take care of a off road operation here as it's not my first revenue, So since i have an account with Aurora i decided to offer it to you guys. I'm not making a huge profit on this. i think Socaltaco knows a bit what i mean.

at every 10 PAID light bars. usually every 3-5 weeks.

The chinese new year is from the 25th of january to the 7th of febuary and Aurora's deadline is the 10th of january. so if we have 10 light bars by then ( which should be fine with the interest right now), if not, the next order will be on the 8th of febuary.

    ...too much shit to list.
The patent is on the reflector with the lense

    Nope

First time I've ever seen you backpedal. Well done. :D

And to add some more input, I attached a the Aurora comparison which shows the difference of the the "current" (the old designed that infringed on RI's patent) vs the "new" (all new Aurora lights as of late 2012 onward which they have their OWN patent on). Also attached the detail pic PDF.

Zoopla do you have a return policy if anyone is unhappy with the lights after purchase?

JBERRY; Thanks for posting these documents, i knew the must have been something like this out there but could not find it. That is pretty interesting.

SNWTACO; Return policy is a little delicate but basically the same as what Aurora is implementing to me; 30 days in it's original packaging and UNUSED (Aurora made it clear to me that since it's a electrical component, returns would be void if found used/installed) which is common sense for most electrical products.

On a positive note, based on the comments of others on these lights, you should be pleased. I think you should make sure you order the best product for your needs and double check the dimensions. here's a link to the Aurora website about dimension and technical details; http://www.szaurora.com/1_l.aspx?id=1047
