I feel like volant made the extensions shitty just so you would go and buy their CAI so you wouldn't need the extensions.

 

They've moved the smoking areas as far away from the buildings as possible and made it a security violation to smoke in your vehicle with the windows down. Upgraded all of the "security" everywhere to where it's just hell getting into the building.

My favorite part of working in that building was when a flight suit pants leg started ringing. That was like Christmas.

The worst part, hands down, was escort duty. Nothing like having to say "Red badge. Red badge. Red badge." every 10 seconds to make you want to slit your wrists with your green badge.

Now they have little handheld censors so if you make it in with your phone, 10minutes later they show up to track you down and confiscate it. Get it back 6 months later. And I hate HATE escort duty

 

We tried to get those Israeli cell jammers installed but SATX nixed it after AFIWC (now AFIOC) tested one. Apparently the building was too close to Military Drive and it was hanging up calls for people driving by. "It interferes with the ability to use the 911 system."

So first impressions of throttle body spacer. 1st start: truck died. 2nd start: truck turned over fine and just moved my truck to my side of the driveway. NSTR. shut it off. 3rd start: popped open hood and left door open, pressed the accelerator a little, hardly any really, but it seemed to have an effect. maybe I was just imagining it but it did have a slight whistle to it now. Will post more results once I start driving it around
