Seems yall missed the Big Bend Snow Bash by a few days.

 

Yeah, i was hoping to see some snow on that last trip, but honestly, i was not prepared for that cold of temps.

 

Yep. I was just saying...I think it would be awesome to wake up to snow in the desert.

Then again, we had perfect weather on this trip... It was super comfortable temps.

The last one we did before was between Xmas and New Years....20-30 degrees, high winds, and sleet the last day. Not so much fun, lol. I'll stick to warm.

 

This is how I feel right now. I was going to work on it but it's been raining all week. My front bumper has a ton of powdercoat scratched off from havung to push my friends burnt up runner shell into the trailer at HF. The rear bumper is popping off on the sides because I bent the rebar and pushed it forward, and the exhaust got pushed up so it looks all janky. Add the overall pinstriping and body damage from wheeling the fuck out of it and I'm not sure y'all want me parking with you at C&C.

 

Its the opposite, we want to see the battle scars!

 

I little snow would have been fun. Maybe not on Black Gap though. But we were grossly unprepared for cold weather, especially me. Need to learn some tricks to camp more effectively in the cold.

 

Getting my new tires put on this afternoon! Nitto Terra Grappler G2s in 265/75/r16! Pics to come later tonight.

Yeah. It was between those and the Falkens. Due to the number of reviews on the nittos I went ahead went with those. The Falkens might be my next after some more people get miles on them.

 

I was actually looking at these today while shopping for new daily tires.
