    @Sandtaco - If you're moving for work...and you know what area of town you're working in, we can narrow down some prospects for you. Just makes it a little easier to know what part of town..

    Austin isn't a huge city...but you don't want to live somewhere on the North side and Work on the South side. Especially if its a standard 9-5 job. Traffic sucks, and there's not a lot of good (quick) routes from one side to the other during rush hours.
