    I ended up finding a guy. It's got some tight radius bends so I had to find someone with the right bender and also worked on trucks. Not an easy task...

    The mount has to pick up under the spring perches but stay inboard of the leafs.

    Havent done anything to the front end other than slightly larger than stock tires... I’ll have to soak the leaf springs in wd 40 when I get home after classes and see if that helps.... and I’ll have to go back and look for the Weather stripping @ChadsPride helped me out with it a while back one here when I asked about it.

    Sounds like its possibly the brake pads moving a little. Some brake silicone may take care of that.

    It's been kicking my ass lately, which is why I'm having to drop it off...it's been down for 4 months and I'm tired of looking at it in the garage.

    I've got the steering to finish up, a W56 transmission with dual crawl boxes to figure out how to install (and make new driveshafts), and a locker for the front diff. All in time to get a shakedown run in before Jambo. I'll definitely let you know when I'm headed out.
