I wish I'd have gone if only to be a spotter for someone else. The Ameritruck was busy hauling chopped up brush and tree debris to the recycling center. I have a massive tarp I wrap it all up in to make unloading easy and not scratch the bed or truck because pavement princess.

    Glad y'all had fun.

Just registered for the Lone Star Jamboree and will be driving down from the St. Louis, Missouri area. Any of you that are planning on camping willing to make room for a Texas ex-pat?

Planning to be there Friday afternoon at the latest but might be able to rearrange some things in my schedule and make it there Thursday afternoon. The registration asked which campsite I wanted and since I've never been I had no clue so I clicked the "undecided" option.

so this is at Hidden Falls? I saw a picture of this somewhere and the post said it was in "Marble Falls"...not sure I really think of HF being in Marble Falls.

Drove home from Fredericksburg last weekend and took some backroads around Marble Falls looking for it, with no luck.

Yeah its Hidden Falls. Some people consider it in Marble Falls, its actually between Marble Falls and Lago Vista, but its such a huge park it can be tough to tell.

y'all remember that group buy that @ramonortiz55 was going to do for those Plano cases? Well, I need some weather resistant cases for some tools...Plano or Pelican preferably. Does anyone in the area stock them in a pretty decent assortment of sizes?

Ok. Id try bass pro or cabellas if there's one close to you. Im not sure if academy would carry them but that's a thought too. I think they would be located in the rifle case section.
