I’ve never welded anything before. I think it would be a good skill to have.

Ok, first run is mostly done, with railings. Just needs the rungs, and I’ll measure and lay those out last. About halfway done with the project now, building the bottom run.

 

Thanks for the tip. We will probably just stick to the level 2 trail for starters since we will be by ourselves. I guess I’ll just ask my wife to keep getting out and scouting for me

Central Texas' biggest gathering of auto enthusiasts has found a new home at Circuit of The Americas! CARS & COFFEE AUSTIN is taking over Lot A for a monthly pop-up car show for the entire family. All profits will be donated to a different Austin area charitable organization each month.

COFFEE AND CONCESSIONS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN THE MAIN GRANDSTAND AND VELOCITY LOUNGE

COTA Karting IS OPEN FOR CARS & COFFEE GUESTS FROM 7:30AM TO NOON. WALK UPS ONLY

For anyone new, this gathering is a community effort that we all pitch in to supply various items for our group to make our day more enjoyable and full of bacon. A list of common items is as follows:

Post Cars & Coffee Meetup:
There will be a trip to Bastrop to do some wheeling following the event. Departure times from COTA will likely be discussed the day of at COTA.
