I don't have vibrations while driving, just shuttering while taking off from a dead stop. And according to this forum it's caused by the angle of the differential to the drive shaft (supposed to be 3 degrees or under).

Is the cover plate at all structural?

I put some spacers along the bracket that supports the driveshaft. Helped, but didn't make it go away entirely.

Yeah, but Yota engineers have been working hard to figure the vibration with stock trucks, and that's the best they came up with.

I have the drop kit, but since I kinda fabricated my lift on the back: the angle between the diff and the shaft is to steep.

On my previous setup the blocks were cut in an angle but the new ones are straight.

Angle shims should fix that though....

I don't think I can follow you anymore.....

The only thing changed since I put the Expos on is the angle between diff and drive shaft. All other angles are untouched.

Could you post a few pics of your cab mounts, just to see how much I can safely cut out. Looks like I'll be doing this Saturday along with an idler pulley.

Right on. I've got some spare metal laying around, and just went from 285s to 295s. Wanted to avoid the cut, but if it's not structural and out of the ordinary, I'll cut and cover.
