Yeah for sure. Lubbock flash floods REALLY bad and stagnant puddles stay around for days, so when storms like this happen, All Wheel Tech (the club I'm president of) drives around campus with winches because people's cars die all the time due to them trying to Ricky Bobby across puddles and either hydrolock or go off the road and get stuck

Yeah, already seen two accidents on a 7 minute bus ride. Lubbock drivers are like austin drivers... but st the age 20, and everyone doesn't look up from their phones. It's fun when you're armored, but in the Tundra I feel naked af

For now on I think I'm going to park next to the stock trucks at C&C.
Installed my new rear springs and shocks yesterday. In my mind all I was looking for was load capacity.
Once I got all 4 tires on the ground realized I also gained a touch over 2" of lift along with the added capacity.
Loaded about 300 lbs in the bed and also a very tongue heavy trailer with less than an inch of sag.
The truck also seems to ride a little smoother.

I now have 265/70 R17 (31") tires that I enjoy on and off road, 1 1/2" in the front and just over 2" in the rear.
I thought that once these were installed I would be set, at least for a year or 2.
NOPE, I was up late researching taller tires, coils, UCAs
