    But they'll be nice to your face for fear of getting audited.

    There are a lot of different roles in the IRS other than auditor, but it would take an accountant to find them all. I have a friend who recently moved over there from VA and works IT, and says the environment is pretty open and friendly.

    I guess it would be if they have no outside friends.

    That is true! :laugh:

    Im sure the benefits are good, and you rarely hear about anyone getting pensions anymore besides teachers and military, but I just don't think the IRS or the big city are for me.. Moved from Houston a while back, and don't miss the non-stop go fast lifestyle of the city. Just a bit too busy for myself. I don't mind making a little less and just living out in the country where it's nice and quiet :tumbleweed:
