Ya gonna go with 4.88 for future prep for 35s I’m not worried about milage at all an just doing another trutrac. I haven’t had the need for lockers yet an plus with the yellow wire mod I should be good to go.

 

You are going to be so happy with those 4.88. It has to be the one mod that has made the most diff to my truck. It makes driving it so much more fun and adds so much power on the low end. Its the best mod IMO

 

Sweet only concern I have is having a 5speed not 6 but I’m excited about it.

 

That 6th helps the most when cruising on the highway at speeds. With my 3rd gen, it has to shift to 5th to accelerate a lot of the time anyway so only really use 6th less than you think. I live in a hilly area and so I don't see too much 6th lol

Hmmmm. Well I bet it won't be too bad. Your highway rpms will get lower the larger your tires so 35s will make it better!!

 

Dude I’m stoked I may get everything I need to prep for it an just do it sooner than later. I need a cmc or cab mount relocation an flatten the pinch welds also.

 

Yup. I had fun smashing the pinch weld back on mine.

I wish there was a cab relocation kit for 3rd gen... but since there wasnt:

There is now, got two relocation kits in the shop now. you should get one and get Chris to install

Well the combo of the camburg uca's and @Texoma 's fine chopping skills, im solid now The only thing im rubbing is the plastic wheel liner (which is gonna get cut soon)

We did Kenny's a while back, I have one to do for a DFW member and will do mine when I get time.

 

Also will be getting with Robert an have some tuning done for a gears an speedometer correction. Along with getting the smog pump delete and block off plates.

Work has been so busy, ive missed a lot of TW time. Your shop looks pretty sweet! Im def gonna have come check it out. Need to get some ideas about how you got yours setup and all.

We spent the first day walking around Amsterdam, doing a river cruise, weed shop, red light district, standard tourist fare. Barcelona was simply a dock and head to the airport. Most of the time in between was spent at WW1 and WW2 sites, like Ypres and Flanders Field in Belgium, Normandy and Omaha Beach in France, then Lisbon, Portugal, and the Rock of Gibraltar, where this picture was taken. Cool trip.
