I don’t want to turn it in. My wife got in an accident and it jacked up our rates like $50 a month. If I turn this in they’ll probably up it even more.

The only good thing out of all this is I learned my lesson. Take things slower, don’t be too impatient to stop and let someone spot you even if it’s for something that seems like nothing. Cuz “nothing” is starting to sound like $750-$1200.

 

Paint and body work isn't cheap anymore paint and material prices have gone up

my friend and I back in the early 2000s did a lot of paint and body work and he was getting gallons of paint for like a hundred fifty bucks a gallon but now it's almost 400 a gallon

 

I went to go price out getting a fiberglass Hood painted and they charged me $490 just to paint a hood I was like this is freaking ridiculous

It does but I also was looking at a shop Fredericksburg I know if I go into Austin or San Antonio I can find a cheaper but but you have to take the consideration to cost to get there too

So far cheapest I’ve found is $750, but that was only through pics online. I am going to take it a few places. I think trusting a quote given by a pick can be risky.

It was either the HEB pre-diced onions or HEB Texas Chili Mix or ground beef i used. I was trying to make a quick cheap chili, not my usual good one.
