    Just finished a little test drive with OVTune's off-the-shelf Premium-gas THX 33" tire tune, and jesus it makes a difference. I've had my truck over 4 years so I know where to put the pedal to make it do what I want... but this makes it read my mind. Plus, I did my normal commute path and my MPGs jumped up a bit as well, and that's WITH me doing some pretty heavy pulls to see how the throttle would react. We'll see the effect after more real-world driving. But this is gunna be funnnnnn....

    Quite a few folks in the area that wouldn't mind getting a tune done. I was gonna purchase one of their packages and start offering tunes, but got shit support from them, so didn't go through with it.

    Well I'm happy to be "that guy" for Austin-area Taco tunes once I familiarize myself more with the software and start seeing what works best on my truck. My previous career was in software and have an ENGR background so I'm generally pretty good with this sort of thing, and there seems to be a good amount of resources out there to draw from. I know we'll talk more @Texoma . Btw, I ended up sourcing some Nitro 5.29 gears finally (Yukon fell thru, my vendor told me too backordered) and they're getting installed Nov 2nd. So I've got some work ahead of me, making my truck the guinea pig for this tuning adventure.
