I do have one with a 265 75 16 bridgestone on it. The tire is dry rotted so I dunno if I'd use it but the wheel is yours if you want it. I just have to get it from storage one weekend.

Let someone borrow that shell you are not using...

Sold our house. The transition to our new one got delayed, so we will be spending about 2 weeks in temporary accommodations. Most of our stuff will be in inaccessible storage. I need to pack some stuff in the Taco to keep handy during our in-between stage. So, if you have a solid lockable topper that you wouldn't miss for 2 weeks, I would be interested in renting it from you. I get some "secure" mobile storage for 2 weeks and you make a couple bucks....

Why not just buy one? Yeah, I know. Thought about it. I have had an occasional interest in getting one, but I really like my open bed for throwing stuff in and carrying bikes. Not sure how much I would dig having the shell. I figure this might be the best way to gauge whether I want to actually buy one or not. Saw a nice matching color one on local CL, but it is a mid-rise. I know am getting older, but I don't think I am mid-rise old yet.

If you happen to have something that is magnetic grey or looks nice with grey and want to just sell it, I might be up for that as well.

    Hey Austin TW folks
We're down here visiting from Wisconsin.
Stepson lives in Austin and is getting married in October. We came down to meet her family. We're staying in Dripping Springs.
Got here on Wednesday and leaving Sunday. :plane:

The weather is a lot nicer than back home. 40 degrees warmer here.
Yesterday we checked out of couple of places for the rehearsal dinner out here by Dripping Springs. Visited her parents place outside of Dripping Springs. Saw where the wedding is to be held. Today we're getting a tour of Austin. Later this afternoon plan is to go down to Hondo where her parents have another place. Just want to get an idea of the area so when we come down this fall things won't be so new to me.

    Hey Austin!

I got one of those Maxitrac NAPA awnings NIB for free. I have a hooke road roof rack coming for my second gen. Is this awning sturdy enough to mount to just that with a ton of overhang? Or am I going to need a bed rack as well?

Replaced the steering rack boot today as well. Increased the value of the truck by 1k :woot:

Although, rack seems to be leaking leaking from the end, which may have caused the boot to disintegrate. There was a small amount of fluid inside the boot.

Anyone else enjoy the wildflowers?? Indian blanket is in full bloom, and the Mexican hats are still thinking about it. I blame my MIL for my enjoyment. :D
