Its definitely possible to go wheeling there stock. However, if you haven't been before and/or are inexperienced off-roading, look for a group holding a beginner's group (or go out with a friend/people who know the trails). Hidden Falls' trails aren't well marked (understatement of the year), and it goes from lv1 to "oh snap" really quick. Easy to get into an ugly spot.

Stock guys go out there without damage.
I'm a little over stock and went this weekend without damage.
The biggest thing to it is go with some of the guys that know where you should and shouldn't go.

Yeah that's what I've heard. Just got the truck and you could say we're still in the 'honeymoon' period with the truck. (read: if I damage it my wife will have my nads)

I definitely know how it goes. My 4Runner's a little over a month off the lot, and @Tynan 's is about 2 months out. I don't mind desert pinstripes...but not up for trail rash / quarter panel replacement just yet. I think sliders will come first.

Now that @ChadsPride has gone to bed I can say it, Don't be Mall Crawlers!
Any damage you get gives you something to talk about at the next C&C.

LOL. I'm all for battle scars. Gives the truck character I say.

Yeah I've got tube steps currently, but apparently tube steps ≠ sliders. As it turns out mods are expensive too.

Also Protip - if you google 'trail rash', make sure you include 'truck' somewhere in the search phrase.

I have that quote framed on my nightstand. I cry deeply every night while looking at it. Then I look at a picture of my truck, and realize everything is gonna be allllllright.

If you're willing to bang and scratch your brand new truck, then yes, a stock truck can do the trails.
