    Wouldn't you like to know!

Been thinking about a stock 3rd Gen TRD OR suspension as well. I see a couple on CL right now. It definitely seems to be the cheapest/best lift for the $(Maybe 1-2" of lift...right?) besides a spacer lift. I may end up doing this temporarily until I save enough funds for a proper 3" lift. I've never wheeled in this truck, mainly have used the 4x4 for a few muddy roads on my dads ranch and to pull out his truck or Kawasaki Mule on occasion. I would love to hit some awesome trails in the future but nothing that will put my daily driver out of commission. Also I don't really plan to go with much bigger tires. Maybe 285's one day. Thanks for all the info @Texoma and @wagerhope I definitely appreciate you guys input!

I'd just do 5100s to level it an call it a day if that's all you want is a little bigger tire.

Did you check the type on the sign? Not sure to be honest what it is. It came with the truck!

I'll wipe it down better later on to see if it has the series on it.

Got a Borla muffler for a decent deal.

Good deal man. They guys I know that run the 3rd gen seem to like it, and it's cheap. Eventually you can upgrade to a proper setup- I'm running OMEs all around and they're great- but if you won't be doing more than what you said there, you're fine on the 3rd gen setup. If you want to go to 285s, a hammer, grinder, and welder (or as we call him, @Texoma) will make 'em fit once you have that lift.

Boom found one, he's asking $450 for all it seems. What do you guys think is a good price on a used TRD OR 3rd Gen setup like this? I have seen them on the texas classified thread for $250-300 if I'm not mistaken.

DAAAAAMMMMMNNNNNN I'm tryin to see what that feel like! haha! I think I would be comfortable paying up to $300 for a lightly used setup(under 20K Miles)

Dude, those rear shocks are basically worthless

You wont really need the UCA's (the shocks and coils will only add 1" lift up front)

The rear leaf springs - yeah, yours are probably worn out and these would be better

Way to expensive imho. I paid a 100 or 150 for all of it except leaves.

Bought it from a member here, keep forgetting his username.

Actually just had my rear leaf springs replaced recently from the dealer because of the recall from the old ones.

Thanks for the input fellas. That is probably what I'll do. Offer $150 first and see if he nibbles :boink:

It probably wouldn't be bad for me to replace all the shocks anyways, I'm almost at 160,000 on the ODO.
