It's badass, thing climbs everything and I haven't even put the new gears and lockers in it yet. We can make it yours for a nominal fee if you decide you can't live without it.

I totally financed mine, but only because the rate is so low (1.35%) I'd rather just have the cash on hand.

I financed a sailboat years ago and the direct withdraw payment got screwed up on their end but our credit took a hit that took a while to get sorted. Decided that I'd never finance a toy again. I understand that we are all at different places in our lives so no condemnation from me.

This is good advice, as I sit here trying to figure out how to quit racking up so many miles on my truck.
I bought my truck as a DD and it has quickly became a Toy/Adventure Tool, but whatever I do I will not take on another payment!

Theres no way I could buy it outright.

But honestly, Im not sure what the issue with financing it would be.

I would say that all depends on your down payment. If you have enough that the bank doesn't run the risk of the car being upside down you shouldn't have any issues financing it.

If there is a small to no down payment it will be complicated since it's such an old car.

No one on this forum knows your finances better them you.
Make the move that is right for you, just think about what you want to do in the next few years.
What are yours and the very near MrsChadsPride plans for how ever long it will take to pay it off.
Kids, House, Road Trips? Leave yourself plenty of room in the budget to be able to do what you want.

Theres room in the budget, but its not too much.

Going to wish I had this baby if I let it go.

I guess I could say that about a lot of stuff really.....

Maybe I should just go look at it

Look at what the KBB value of the car is. Banks don't give a shit about restored values so expect to see their evaluation being lower than expected.

Would you guys recommend Spot or Flood style LED cube lights for Ditch lights? I am leaning toward flood, but I am reading a bunch on folks using Spot or even Hyperspot. Thoughts?
