    It's a touch wider. The standard bars are the width of the inside part of the cleat whereas the bigger one that I have is the width of the whole cleat. It also folds down and around while the small ones don't. See the pics:

    Yep bolt on, just reading the directions looks like it'll be a pain with only having 2 hands, calls for a buddy at some points
