    That would work. But backing up to hitch something and the plate is flipped might not be fun.

    That shouldn't be an issue, the camera is more for tight parking spots.

    Drill a hole the size of the camera where you want it in the bumper. Get some aluminum and bend ya a bracket. JB weld in place then bolt cam to bracket.

    Appreciate the input, but the problem is that I can't make up my mind where to put it.

    It need's to go somewhere with good visibility but also not being in the way.....

    Right now it looks like I am going to rivet it on the license plate.

    Inside plate of the bumper, out of the way, and protected. Also small enough hole, would be very inconspicuous.
