Going good so far I went this morning it was rough getting motivated.

Good for you man! I don’t know, I’ve kinda lost my motivation lately. Been dealing with some work stuff that has been kicking my butt. I will get back on it though! Just gotta make myself!! Keep pushing me

I’m doing another pork butt today. Gonna get it on the smoker this morning and smoke it all day!

I’ve been dealing with some personal stuff that’s been a major drain on us. Just gotta dig deep when it’s all cold N foggy outside and the bed is warm that’s the moment for personal growth. The physical stuff will happen once you decide the atonement for the day.
Your a smart man and think we both agree that growth happens during adversity no matter how insignificant it may seem.
Make a winning choice for the day not week but know them small wins lead to a championship.

 

You are absolutely right. One step at a time one day at a time!! I appreciate the pep talk. The thing is, I know it will actually make me feel and perform better to get back in shape!! It’s funny how the things we should do are so hard and the lazy bad habits come so easily.

 

Hope they can help figure it out for ya. I knew something was up when you didn’t stop by. I’ll be praying for ya brother!

Haha! Will do brother! Still need to look into the health side of things as well. I talked it over with my wife and we are starting with cleaning up the crappy foods in our diet. Never easy to start eating better but I feel so much better once my system gets cleaned out. Thanks to @Bigdaddy4760 I have been learning to make my own protein that tastes pretty good so I think we’re going to get on the high protein and veggies and cut out most complex carbs... stay tuned. Transformation beginning

 

Remember what we talked about offline just something to think about after the diet change. I’ve been making small changes as well but the holidays set me back pretty good.

My knee is giving me some grief and I’m pretty sure I broke a finger yesterday. It makes moving 55 gallon drums a little difficult.
