Everybody that sells theirs claim they're 16x7. Another member also told me they were too narrow for 285's

As far as problems I would say I started to see a little uneven tire wear and then I also noticed a little almost like bump steer effect which all went away with the new 9” wheels

Hmm. It’s been a while since I looked at the specs.

If you look at the Goodyear website it specifies a minimum width of 7.5” but I ran mine on 7” for almost a year and it was not bad.

They were in the ballpark of $475 shipped, only maintenance is greasing the ball joints and bushings every 6 months or so. Marlin sends me an email every time it’s time to grease them:rofl:

Lol. I get the email too. He’s awesome! I called him with a couple questions and he took the time to really answer them in detail.

I highly recommend the JBA UCAs

For sure, the customer service and product are top notch. I’ve had zero issues or squeaking with mine

Got a new little thing for the truck yesterday. It’s a drop in replacement filter. I have seen it discussed on TW and thought I would give it a try.

Sweet nice score let me know it does curious how well it performs compared to a paper filter.

Here’s a link. Bought mine on Amazon.

    https://afepower.com/afe-power-31-10114-magnum-flow-pro-dry-s-air-filter#overview

I’ll let you know how it performs.

I’ve also been running 90 Octane Ethanol free gas and that has livened things up a bit. Engine is super smooth and quieter and there’s a little more juice in the throttle. Just trying to decide if it’s worth the cost difference.

I’d give it a shot. I’m paying $2.92 a gallon right now for the 90 Ethanol Free.

I’m just trying to get back a little of what I lost when I switched to the 285s. The truck still runs okay but definitely lost some power.

Sup Josh. I was up in your neck of the woods yesterday. Had to visit a church member in the VA hospital.

That's very close to where i live, like a 3 minute drive. Hope he's doing well. Temple has a pretty nice VA hospital.
