    Yes it was. I just stuck a box wrench up in there and let it brace against the inside of the cavity as I tightened. Those things are beefy though. I feel like I noticed a little increased bed rigidity after installing them.

    You said your son was having trouble with the 10/22? What magazines are you using? I’ve heard of issues with anything other than ruger mags. That’s all I use in mine and never had an issue.

    We are only using OEM 10rnd Ruger mags. I think there may be some build up that is causing the ftf and fte issues idk... This last practice he only had a couple issues out of 200 rounds which was way better but I would still like to figure out why it’s happening.
