Not a bad person at all! Observing the human condition is hilarious.

Did you have to cmc for your 285's with the 5100/885 combo? What's the offset on the rhino wheels? Any rubbing or plans for cmc or pinchweld beating?

I did not have to CMC but from what I understand it can be a truck to truck thing. Some do some don't. The thing that helped me was the JBA UCAs so I could get the right alignment numbers. I did have to remove mud flaps and trim quite a bit of the plastic liner due to rubbing there. I can take pics and show you how much had to be trimmed if you'd like. I do plan to do the CMC and beat pinch weld anyway because I think when I do anything more than on road driving I will probably be rubbing a bit.

The wheels are 17x9 with a -12 offset... Here's a link to the wheels

Hope that answers your questions. Let me know if you want any pics or more info...

Gonna try to do em tonight but I gotta help a young man I’ve been mentoring change brake pads and rotors on his F150. We will see how much gets done. I will definitely post pics when I start assembling.

Fords have weird calipers that need to be screwed in, make sure you have the special tools for it.

I’m not! The piston on the caliper is threaded. They have to be screwed in rather than pressed. The old c-clamp trick doesn’t work.

This man. Several makes and models use screw-in caliper pistons.
