28 3/8'' extended, 18 3/8'' collapsed. I went through @HeadStrong Off-Road for my coilovers and got hundreds off of the price listed on ADS. I went through ADS for the shocks because I needed to get valving recommendations.

It would be super cool if you created a separate thread or one edited post with a summary and the details to your suspension. I will probably be referencing this in the next year when I get enough money saved up to upgrade from my OME suspension.

I've already been thinking about doing that, but probably won't get around to it until this summer.

After testing it on my trip to the alvord, I'm convinced it's one of the most versatile suspension setups on a tacoma and the best solution to the weekend overlander suspension issue.

Because there's a handful of mods needed to make this work, and a bunch of things I learned about the setup along the way, I think it would be best to share the whole build process and instructions in a separate dedicated forum. I'd be really stoked to see some other people copy the setup, I could even put together kits for those that don't have the fabrication skills.

Update on a bunch of random things done to the truck:

Installed my knock off S2 lights and CBI ditch brackets.

    IMG_0791.jpg

Replaced my power steering pump with a Napa reman and got my power steering back. Won't be taking that for granted anymore...

    IMG_0956.jpg

The old leaking power steering pump slung ATF all over my engine bay so I cleaned it all up.

    IMG_0954.jpg

I tried changing my front diff oil the other day but the fill plug was seized, this isn't the first time it's happened either. Welded a bolt head onto the plug to make the next oil change hassle free.

    IMG_0953.jpg

"Tried on" my buddy's 2nd gen roof rack. Been planning on building a copy of it for awhile but wanted to see how it looked on the truck before diving into the project. Looks like it could be narrowed up a bit but other than that I really dig it.

Sweet, no problem. Are you happy with them? I was pretty surprised by the quality and ability to swap baja lenses for $15 a light.

I haven't hooked them up yet. The came in the Mail yesterday. They are tiny! I'm excited to see how bright they are.

They’re not super bright but work great as ditch lights and camp lights. I’m going to get some Baja designs flood cones and use them as camp lights all around my roof rack.

That's was I was thinking too. And for the price I was ok with however bright they are.

ECGS about two years ago. I should have a 5 year warranty. Hopefully they do quick warranty claims as this is my only vehicle.

Ouch. Be a week no matter what I'd guess but should send you one I'd hope. Usually good about that. Also pretty bad history if setting those gears

I've sent mine in for locker warranty and had a turn around of a week. In my experience they've always had awesome customer service. Not sure about the quality of work being done though.
