Damn that's a nice truck... I love the manual shift for the T-case. Bed is a little short though.

Anyone else think it looks like a Tundra gene spliced with a Tacoma and last-gen Celica?

That thing is sweet. I wish ours had the manual transfer case, the knob just isn't as satisfying. Those rollbars are cool.

For those who are saying they don't like the Hilux... Look at what you can do to it! No, this isn't stock but I love this truck!

Tacoma is essentially Toyota's name for the Hilux in the US. They're basically the same truck. So yeah...you could definitely make a godzilla Tacoma like that if you had the money to sink into it.

There are some glaring differences between a Hilux and a Tacoma.
Let's not compare them. Instead let's be happy with their differences. :D

Diesel version....pffft, its got nothing on the supercharged V6.

Intercooled turbo diesel- 126kw and 340nM of torque (at the flywheel)

Myn was on the dyno and did

250hP at the wheels and average of 516nM of torque (at the wheels)

Whats everyones fascination with the diesel? I dont get it.
