176k. Decent original frame. Threw an alternator into it for something to do. Other than usual maintenance, not much.

This day in age, people who actually want to work or have no choice but to work, are forced into environments where there is serious understaffing issues because this generation doesn't want to work, and the their coworkers have serious attitude problems and senses of entitlement.

One of biggest issues at any job is being talked down to by someone who is higher ranking than me despite being considerably younger than me. When I took that second job at Spirit Halloween in 2021, one of the assistant managers was like 20 or 21 when I was 32. Masks were mandatory for employees on the floor unless they had proof of a medical issue. Just over a month at Spirit Halloween is what increased my disdain for mask mandates, but that's a different story.

I would take a lot of "mask breaks" in the employee break room, and this prick walked when I just happened to be glancing at my phone one too many times. He told me to "get my ass back out on the floor” or something, that set me off, and a manager had to settle it. The manager was closer to my age, in addition to being someone I actually respected, and took my side.

Any signs of oil usage? I'm beginning to feel like my truck was assembled on either a Monday or a Friday, and I also agree with @Plain Jane Taco's theory that the frame replacement jostled some stuff.

This was when I picked up that damn Acme order yesterday. Whether it's gig work or running errands for my parents, the loaner truck is definitely a better grocery getter than my truck!

138K, 21K since the replacement. 2023 had a lot of repairs for me.

    Exhaust.
    Sway bar pins.
    Front brakes.
    Intermediate shaft.
    Oil pan.
    Alternator/battery.

There's 1-2 more I can't think of, came to about 4 grand all in all. DId some myself but the shaft, exhaust, oil pan I couldn't do.

I had to have the sway bar links replaced back in August because one of them rusted all the way through and the other wasn't far behind...

Did mine in April or May though I'm pretty sure the driver's side was busted before. While shooting some PB Blaster onto the intermediate shaft I happened to see that.

I have a weird DoorDash story. Once a week, somebody delivers Starbucks coffee to our doorstep and leaves it there. I thought maybe it was being delivered to the wrong address, but I finally managed to intercept the driver who says that it is for my address, but I don’t recognize the name. This has been going on for like six months now.

Used to be pretty lax here, though more in terms of the shop versus the regulations..
