A strange thing happened today on my 2019. For some reason, with the clock set so that GPS automatically sets it, it's way off. I tried setting it manually then switching back to auto GPS setting but it again set it to a time that is way off. Unless the GPS satellites have gone bonkers, something is wrong here, and nothing else was changed in the truck prior to this (it worked ok yesterday). Anyone have this happen before? What's the solution.

    It'll likely sort itself out.

Set it manually and keep GPS off?

The clock on my 19 stock radio does weird things too occasionally….it usually figures itself out then it’s fine.

I've had mine display blank for a while before but it'll eventually figure itself out. How much is it off and are you located near Time zone boundaries or places that don't recognize DST?

Is a war going on near you? When the military is performing their duties they turn off certain public features of the GPS system. Don’t know if time is one of them.

If they turned the time off GPS wouldn't work. Time difference between satellites is how GPS calculates your location.

This week my truck radio showed local temps of 30 BELOW. In Georgia. In March. Sorted itself out the next day.
Toyota is having issues with their radios.

Check the settings and make sure it’s set to daylight savings time.

Yep, it's back to normal now, all on its own. Weird.

That happens occasionally with my '19 as well. I'll get --:-- or a time that is way off. If you don't want to wait until next time you get in, it seems to work if I reset the radio by holding both buttons for a few seconds until it restarts.
