I have a 02 Tacoma and when ever i'm in reverse and i hit the gas it seems to jump out gear. Basicly at the start of reversing cause if i slowly start to go it works fine but if i try or have to give it a little more gas than normal it jumps it to nuetral. Any ideas on this problem?

Broken motor mount, raise the hood so you can see the engine while you are inside the trk, start the engine put trans in drive, foot on the brake,( power brake ) slightly raise the engine RPM's and do the same in reverse and see if engine raises, be careful if there is a broken mount the fan may chew up the radiator shroud.
