    wanted to thank @eccracer104 again for his help. This was the first i've used AutoAnything and he definitely help me out. I got the Icon LCA skid plates and the wife some Husky X-act floor liners for her truck (thinking of getting some for my truck now to replace the weathertechs...i'll be in touch!). Really happy with both!

    Well I just received an email from our purchasing dept, apparently we are no longer carrying Switch-Pros :(

    I know one TW member's order was cancelled, but if anyone else had a Switch-Pro order cancelled this is why. I'm sorry for the poor news!

    I have no idea yet as to why this brand was pulled from our site, or if there's going to be something to replace it, but I'll do my best to keep anyone interested up to date.

    Not for switch pro. But will not be buying from AA again. Delay after delay. And states beyond there control. I called manufacturer and they stated 4 to 6 week. Now it's going to be 8 weeks. If ordered from motor it would've been here already.
    Was to ship June 12th
    Changed to July 10th
    Then changed to July 24th
    Now changed to august 4th

    Definitely sorry AutoAnything hasn't worked out for you in the past. Unfortunately if the manufacturer is out of stock we are dead in the water being a drop ship type company. There are very few parts that we stock in house.

    I respect your decision no longer doing business here, however if you or anyone for that matter is looking to order something in the future I can call the manufacturer ahead of time to confirm the part is in stock so there aren't any delays. If there is a delay I can make sure whomever is well aware of the delay before ordering.

    In the past heck I haven't even gotten the first order I placed. U guys called the manufacturer and those are the dates I got not once but 4 different times. Really hard to have confidence. But we will see when the order if ever shows up.

    No problem, I totally understand. I'm not sure who you worked with or which lazy individuals simply read the info on the screen and regurgitated it to you, but I've been on TW since 2008 and certainly not looking to have an angry pitch fork mob run me out of town. I've seen what TW can do with the proper motivation haha. If something doesn't show up, or you continually run into a problems shoot me over a PM and I'll see what I can do. I don't work in Customer Service but I know the manager over there and can apply some pressure.

    I'm not "some guy" who joined the site to sell stuff, I'm a member first and trying to provide deals to our community.
