Automatic Transmission terrible

Maybe get a Ridgeline in a color that matches the wife's shoes

 

While I wish every new car came with a manual option, the statement that all new autos suck is not true. I've driven some with more than 6 gears and you would never know they were shifting.

This truck has probably the roughest auto I've ever driven.

One reason I got the auto is so my wife could drive when needed. Kicking myself for that now, should have stuck with a manual like I had been for the last 15 years.

 

Yeah but the Honda Ridgeline looks like a rolling fart.

Yeah, I'm telling my moms to hold off on the new 2017 Highlander with 3.5 Atkins and 8 speed auto. Reviews say the 8-Speed Aisin shifts constantly and is annoying. They also say it is too tall geared, will do 80mph in 3rd, yet it still has 5 other gears.

I wonder how long till the Tacoma will see the 8-Speed.

Toyota better figure this shit out cause this is two purchases that most likely won't happen. Who cares if the constant shifting is for better MPG's, if it annoys people make it stop.
