That 15* V of the VR6 does make a sweet noise. Cool motors too.

    Awesome stuff.
This is/was my buddies truck. He got a chunk of money from the gubment when he lost his hand in Iraq. With it he started the build on this. Ran about a 600 horse setup for a while, and decided to go bigger. Industrial Injection in Salt Lake who built his truck decided to help him out with his second build. It got a huge set of twins, dual pumps and very large injectors. It was invited to Diesel Power Mag's Diesel Power Challenge in 2009 and won. Truck ran a 11.07 @ 128 mph on fuel only, then we decided to spray it, it ran a 6.8 1/8th mile @ 108 and popped the trans. The truck weighed in at 7650 pounds, was lifted 6" and ran 33s on the track, daily'd on 37s. Most hp it ever dyno'd was 1151 to the wheels. This truck was an absolute animal. There wasn't anything that could hang on the highway from a roll. From a dig a few cars could hang, but still not many, and once it got to about 60, it would walk away. By far the fastest rig I have ever been in. His dad painted the VC.

It was so much fun, and people would never expect a beating as bad as they got. Old dudes in vettes, vipers, and porches were the funnest, because they would get super pissed when they got beat. hahaha

Sweet Cummins for sure! I love the fact that he kept the exterior mods modest. Unlike the stereotypical doucher diesel look (oversized rockstar rims, big monster energy sticker on the back, fattest twin stacks known to man, ect..) Almost looks like a sleeper rig haha. The power these big diesels are putting down is ridiculous when you consider the size and weight of the damn things.

Yeah, he hates stacks, and protested it for a while, but the track in Salt Lake doesn't allow ground exit exhaust. It gets the banners sooty. Lol. Most sled pulls don't allow ground exhaust either. He was going to miss an event because of it and his main sponsor put enough pressure on him to get him to change it. He wasn't pumped.
