cold air intake

05 Prerunner V6 5 speed auto 240000 miles
Just installed New eng
seemed like i lost alot of my power
went to change out shift cable and now can't get the trans shift thru all the gearrs and can't get it to shift into reverse or park and can't start the truck at all even after adjusting the spns
any sug would be great
