Has anyone tried the Grom auxiliary jack for a 2006 Tacoma? I am looking for a cheap way to add use my Sansa MP3 player without a FM transmitter.

With that will you have to buy an RCA to 3.5mm wire as well or is that included?

If you are reffering to the TOY03-AUX, yes you will need an addtional RCA to 3.5mm cable, but they are only a few bucks anyway.

Does the AUX jack unit hook up to the back of the stock HU CD changer plug?

but if you dont use an ipod then i believe the normal one comes with the cable.
