Kinda concerned about the aluminum cracking in the bend. Hope it doesn't break over time.

with that thickness and what's on it, I wouldn't worry about those cracks. the tight radius bend is what causes that. Bolt it up and wire it up :D

We're did you find the mounting tray? That's exactly the setup I've been looking for. Was there any drilling involved to mount the tray? I have the same Auxbeam unit and have been searching for a tray that would accommodate the unit and breaker, without drilling into the fender, etc. Thanks for any info/advice

Did you install it on the truck yet? I’m curious to see if you’re still able to access the factory fuse box

I have an overland equipped tray. It makes it tough to open fuse box but it is possible. I think powertrays gives more room.

I’m in a similar situation and the parts/layout paralysis.

I have a voswitch and thought I’d be able to avoid the tray but I also have a few other electrical items to power up. The voswitch needs the ground bar for the loads and I’m going to use a 6-fuse bluesea block and an mrcb for protection....I probably need a second one for the voswitch.

Also it’s a pita to mount the mrcb close to the battery, I’m going to fab a small plate and attach it to the battery hold down bar.

    More parts!!

Can you tell me the size of auxbeam opening on that guild bezel?

I went back and forth with them and they didn’t tell me the dimensions....I was going to see if the voswitch will for there.
