Just did the install a week ago, did you buy the wiring kit? Crutchfield included it with my purchase.

here is the install. if you do now have the wiring harness, you dont need it!!

there are 3 factory harnesses. and for the stereo you need two of them.

put away the harness containing: Purple w/ white stripe, yellow w/ blk stripe, and the white wire w/ red stripe.

one of the harnesses that you using contains a brown wire w a white stripe, you can tape that wire and store away.

    (3200bt harness) to (factory wire)

purple with black stripe to white wire

    green to black

Green w black stripe to yellow

    Orange to thin green

yellow to blue w yellow stripe

    red to grey

    white to pink

    grey to thick green

white w/ black stripe - purple

grey w black wire to blue

    black to brown

now if you want to run a relay which cost me 5 bucks at the audio shop, this is easy

the 3200bt harness comes with a green wire w a little red piece attached. attach the red piece to the black ground wire coming from the 3200bt harness. then cut the green wire in half.

the relay will have 6 plugs attached to it numbered 30 85 87 86. the plug in the middle, seal it off, you dont need it. run the blue w white stripe wire into 86 and cap it off. now you have two green wires. the wire coming from the red pice hooked onto the ground wire put it on 30 and 85. the second green wire goes on 87.

once u got all that done youre good to go.

this is bacially something i typed up bc im sure someone will do like me and not buy a harness. what i typed up is exactly what i was looking for.

    there you go ladies :)

if im wrong, correct me. but everything is right!

    ^^^

Will you be adding a back up camera? Im having issues with the HU automatically switching to video in when car is in reverse. Would like to hear your experience if you will be going that route.

ur right i should have bought the harness but i was impatient and thought i could do without it. eventually i did have to buy it. but this is just a write up for those who dont want to buy one.
