Has anyone else had issues with poor quality bluetooth phone calls with this unit? My friends say it sounds like a window is open. My factory unit was crystal clear. Just curious

 

You might want to try to adjust the volume controls and maybe the mic position. It seemed to help mine.

 

I've tried that already. The person I'm talking to says the factory unit was much better. A few people actually. They say it's difficult to hear me. Maybe I have a lemon mic....
I tried to use the factory mic with no luck.....
