...^^^... QTR has new planes ... super clean planes ... and very pretty and polite international F/A's.

(Qatar Airlines is like the US airlines used to be 40 years ago).

Got called into work today and I was excited to get to go fly. It was a turn to go out and pick up two families and bring them back to Dallas. As we were about to start engines, the line guy ran out on the ramp and told us that the client canceled because he's uncomfortable flying in the rain. I lost a day of progress on my truck projects today, but at least the batteries aren't dead and the plane still works.

But.....I won’t be flying for over two months. Covid-19 plus a wife that’s about to give birth in the next few weeks has me staying home.

Enjoy the skies if you can!!

I flew four hours in March...it sucks. Frequently my Boeing built crap is broken but the virus has caused a lot of cascading issues that contribute to the lack of flying.

My already short commute is now exceptionally short. Barely get done with song 3 on my commute playlist before I hit work.

Just watched Top Gun before heading into work tonight. Can't wait for the next one to come out. Cruise may be a nut in some aspects, but he supports GA like Harrison Ford does. Flies a really cool P-51 and even paid for one of the costars of the new Top Gun to get his private.

The planes I'm flying are grounded and probably will be for at least another month. I had hoped to be in a 206 by June, but will now probably be fall at the soonest.

Those of you who are getting out, keep the pics coming for those of us who can only chair fly.
