Maybe look for a Part 135 outfit. They pay half your taxes and you’ll fly more.

No, I thought about forming an LLC but I didn’t really see the benefit for the amount of contracting I was doing. If I thought I would make a career out of contracting, then I’d do it but otherwise I deemed it not worth the hassle to only contract for a little over a year.
I’ve been full-time 135 since October! So far I haven’t done a single contract trip since starting with the 135. I’m very happy to be full time and not contracting right now. Nobody’s flying and I’m still getting paid....for now...

You weren't the only one to get snagged in taxes for this filing.

I owe the state of Utah nine dollars. NINE. An amount annoying enough that the process of paying it will bug me the whole time.

It will probably cost them almost that much to collect it. That should make you feel better.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Eh, only on surfaces. If the cleaners actually do their job there shouldn't be any issues on planes. Air cycles through the plane at least 20 times per hour, which is quite a bit. Yeah, likely more chance for someone to get sick in those tight quarters, but at least it isn't from the actual aircraft air.
