At least you have a lav-dump option and you're not crawling on your knees in the back of the jet to pull out the honey pot......I really miss those days!

I am kidding. That was a joke. I do not miss the honey pot. I hope to never do that again.

I took a very similar photo today at the Greenbrier Valley Airport in West Virginia. A beautiful place that I hope to visit again...

I do not miss doing that in the back of a 500 series Citation. At least the King Air had it right at the cabin door so an unlucky SIC didn’t have to carry it down the cramped aisle

Honey pot? LUXARY! (to steal a line from the Four Yorkshiremen, Monty Python).

    Try 2+ hour legs in a B1900.

Man I hated servicing those as a ramper!
That was probably my most hated aircraft for servicing when I worked line service, tied with the Mitsubishi diamond jet. I want to kick whomever designed the damn trunk tank on both those aircraft! They were terrible to fuel, always needed a GPU, the lav was terrible and were almost impossible to taxi into a tight spot, I worked some SUPER tight ramps those were terrible to marshal in.

I’m with you. I’ve worked on BeechJets and didn’t like it, I’ve serviced them on the line and didn’t like them, and I’ve looked at them and didn’t like them. All in all, I didn’t like working on them, working with them, or looking at them. It’s still cooler than any jet I own though!

Busy day in Aspen today. We got rocked by turbulence on the way in. I had to collect the waters and re-stow the tray tables after landing, so you know it was a rough ride. Haha

Yep. For some reason great sunsets grace aerodromes. I've seen several when I was training and working at KLGB.

I’m usually too exhausted to even take a sunset pic. I got you on the sunrises though.
