    All good, you don’t have to buy it for it to be the truth based on my experience. Don’t take it personally. A lot of the Guard guys I’ve worked with are good friends and good at their job it’s just an organizational problem caused by the part-time job mentality and it really shows up when that is suddenly their full time job.
