    Two part answer:

    - It will bolt up without a problem.

    - The fascia contours are different from an '11 to a '12. The bar won't line up aesthically from the front view.

I hope this helps to answer your question as well. Take a look at the differences:

    Cheers!

I'm not sure who all is still on this thread but I'm look for some instructions on mounting the new avid off road bumper gaurd. I started the process just like the instruction mentioned. I trimmed the front of the fender liner around where the bracket of the bumper gaurd will be mounted to the frame. However, there doesn't seem to be enough room to get a drill in that small space, ratchet, or pretty much anything. Any suggestions on how to make this process easier or am I missing a step that I needed to remove something to open that space up in order to mount the bracket on those two 14 mm nuts that are shown on the instruction page. I mean I see the two nuts but again, there isn't much space to operate. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I wish I could help, but I have a 2nd Gen, and it bolted straight in with no cutting or trimming. I did use a flex head ratchet, extension, and a deep socket.

Ok. That's good to know. So I should be able to remove those two 14 mm nuts without a drill?

Yup. Simply use a ratchet. I may have used a flex head breaker bar at first, but I don't remember 'cause.... oldzheimers.

(Why would you need a drill?)
