Avid front bumper on 2018 Tacoma with safety sense

Has anyone installed a Avid front bumper guard on a new 2018 Tacoma and does it interfere with the safety camera located on the front grill. I have 2018 Pro on order and would like to purchase the Avid bumper guard but wasn't sure if the top of the guard would set off the sensor. Any feedback is appreciated. I'm sure I can turn off the safety sensor but was hoping not to. I mailed Brandon at Avid and he stated that he has sold a few guards to 2018 owners but hasn't heard of any issues.

Thank you, yes the 02 was my first Tacoma. She's still going strong but I need the extra space of the DC this time around. My younger brother benefits from my new purchase
