    Hello folks,

Has anyone else had an issue with Avid off-road? I ordered some side steps a week ago and have heard nothing from them. No order confirmation or number has been sent to me.

I understand that it might be a a one or two man operation and they might be busy. I did leave several messages but have not heard anything back.

I see quite a few people have ordered stuff from them so I'm sure I'm just trippin. I'm just used to receiving some sort of order confirmation by now.

    Any ideas?

It's a small shop and they tend to be very busy. Don't worry, Brandon's a good guy and does great work. It'll be a bit of a wait, but you'll be happy.

UPDATE - I just got an email from Brandon. My order went through but somehow I didn't get an email to confirm. Anyway, it's all taken care of now! Looking forward to getting my side steps.

I don't necessarily mean to hijack your thread, but are you having them shipped to your home or is there a receiver/warehouse for them around here?

Also, bolted or welded? If welded, were are you getting them put on?

Glad you got a response, I ordered a light-bar a week ago and got a response almost immediately saying they had received my order. Now it just needs to hurry up and be April. :D
