This is an awesome deal! If you put in a $14 offer I'm pretty sure they'll accept it, I packaged up some stuff (Indestro ratchets) and they cut me a great deal.

The ratchet in mine is the Kilness-patent (2981389) RHFT, they're well built, tough ratchets and for the price this is a great deal for a basic spare in the car/truck kit! Everything else is US made.

I doubt that warranty is still good though ( :
