Awesome Tailgate Anti-theft device

I bought the anti-theft device and installed it not without a lot of pain btw. Don't get me wrong it is a well made product and does it's job well. Here was the glitch in the ointment though - what you install with a toq (sp?) bolt can be uninstalled with a toq wrench. So the anti-theft device may stop the 10 second thief who will move on . . . great. However a determined thief aware that there are anti-theft devices with toq bolts will simply unbolt it with a toq wrench. So . . . . I went and drilled out the the toq bolt heads making a wrench useless - I also put some large washers where the tailgate cables are attached so they also cannot be removed and drilled out the heads of the bolts as well. So to remove my tailgate will be a BIG project. Yep and if the shop or me (or a thief) ever has/wants to remove my tailgate - get out the angle grinder and start cutting off bolt heads and then drilling out bolts.
