So far, Yakima Slimshaddy 6.5' and 8' are the only ones seem to fit.

    Any other options?

Nope, bought the Yakima 6.5, just arrived today and the installation is pretty straight forward, took me about 15 minutes.

Hell, I have 1"x10' metal pipe u-bolted to my Thule bars with a ½"x10' inside that. Slide it out 5' and bungee boxstore tarp to it and boom! Half the price and much more coverage.

Nice! I might go this route. If you don’t mind, do you have any pictures of it stowed?

Haha yeah I don't know why the horizontal bar rusted so fast. Pulling it to sand and paint is on the to-list before it gets cold. Plan is to utilize that space behind the truck as a 3 sided space for winter cooking out of the elements and mud room

I bought it solely for the mounting system, the one-person deployment is as cumbersome as any other awning on hard surface.

The construction of the awning is rock solid, not feeling flimsy at all.

I only used at work since the weather is getting nicer and I can enjoy setting up my office outside.
