Axe/Shovel Mount-Prinsu Rack

I know this topic has a long forum post but after reading through it couldn't find the answer I am looking for. I have a Prinsu roof rack over cab and topper with the normal T slotted bars going across and I am wanting to get an axe and shovel mount for the rack...attach to the T slotted bars. I do like the smittybuilt mount but not sure how that would attach to the T slotted cross bars, might have to buy T slotted bolts with wingnuts in addition to make this fit. My wife is asking for a Christmas gift idea and I thought this would be great but trying to do my research before purchasing something that may not work....idea? Suggestions? Or other peoples options on this is greatly appreciated.

I know this is a silly topic to discuss again with a forum post that is already out there but thought I would try.
