axle dump gone bad

    did an axle dump today and the result was a very raspy (ken block) sounding tacoma, any ideas on quite mufflers to fix this problem?

    its a custom muffler that was put on when the exhaust was done, its a one in two out thats pretty much just straight through no resination

    So... it still sounds the same, you're just getting the reverberation against the truck now and it buzzes like a son of a bitch?

    if the muffler is pretty much straight through, try something with a little more to it. maybe a single out too since you aren't running dual exaust. i have mine dumped before the axle and it's nice and deep. louder in the cab of course, but not raspy

    What muffler are you running? I have the dt pipe bomb also so that is adding to the rasp some

    LED interior lights, stubby antenna, Pioneer in dash screen, good driver mod.
    there's your problem...glasspacks sound like junk on any vehicle.

    get a real muffler. flowmaster, dynomax, borla, gibson to name a few.
