started noticing leaking in the driveway and finally realized it was me.. it’s slung all around.. It’s thick and smells like gear oil. The boot looks fine. So it appears I have a bad seal at 20k kinda weird .. maybe the the lift is the culprit who knows. (3in no diff drop) either way looks like I’m learning how to change our axle seals this weekend. 540B1B39-586B-4BAD-8B31-20CCF59B58EB.jpg

I'd try for warranty, but I bet you are right that they will blame the lift. I've had a lot more issues on vehicles with female diffs and male axle stubs than the other way around. Especially if you pulled an axle stub and didn't pit in a new seal. Did you put the lift on?

Driver or passenger side? If driver side, I'd also plan on doing the ECGS bushing fix while I had the half axle out.
