Looking at some axle shims, specifically the Toytec TT3DS. While I'm not intending to use these for lift, I'm curious if they provide any.

I'm trying to gain approximately .5"-.75" of additional lift in the rear. I'm good with the aftermarket leafs I have and am looking for a very small block lift. But if these shims will do it and resolve some vibration, why not kill two stones with one bird.

Well they go between the leaf packs and the axle, so they would provide some lift. But only very minor, whatever the thickness of the shim is.

Exactly why I'm trying to find some specifications on these shims or others. I could always have some made, I suppose.

Why though? If you as these without needing them it could result in rear end vibrations.

As I said, I would like to eliminate some of the vibration I have and gain a little more lift and if these would do both, win-win.

If the leafs You installed did not come with a tapered spring seat that’s where I’d start. If you add the shim and it has no taper to it you’ll still have the vibration. You want about 2-3 degrees tilt. ( for example most 2” lift blocks have 3 * of taper)
